Data format decays

In the lifetime of a person, the file types and formats of digital content will change a few times, some old formats will no longer be supported and raw files in this format have the tendency to be lost.

As an answer to this challenge, the proposed solution in Ethernos is to run at every 5 years a file format compatibility check and integrate into the Ethernos wallet app functionality to reconvert the old formats into new readable formats.
