Priorities of the rules

Each rule is handled by the algorithm via a complex set of weights and criticalities of each metadata that is part of the decision-making.
Although some rules are way more important than others
Pathogenicity is the number one elimination criterion followed by commensal bacteria that have a history of creating signal_damage_result associated with IBD and especially if those reach a multiplication presence that indicated a criticality and closer latency to be damaging to the host.
Further down the process multiple decision-making elements are involved and are proprietary to NostraBiome therefore they will be not part of this document.
The simple goal is to prioritize eliminating everything that is abnormal
The treatment on how to do that measures further the impact of the drug against other bacteria that are mapped as should not be eliminated or have a very low weighting in terms of elimination
Even though rules are based on science we developed some safety nets
